Chris Lee

As program manager at the Inspirit Foundation, Chris plays an integral role in administering our grant programs and connecting with grantees across the country. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy and German Literature from the University of King’s College and a M.ED from the University of British Columbia. We came to know Chris through his exceptional work with the YSI Collaborative. As its inaugural network coordinator, he stewarded the growth of YSI across Ontario, raised $600,000 in funding, and bolstered the organization’s profile within a short two years. His commitment to inclusion and social justice are rooted in his early disability rights and advocacy work. Chris is interested in the intersection of design and dialogue, facilitating conversations, and asking clarifying questions. In addition to being a champion of justice, Chris once held the title of Canadian National Champion in Ultimate Frisbee.
